Design Options
Grand Harbor has eight designs across four series, from simple two-panel crossbucks to fuller trim patterns. Colors stay simple: standard white, almond, sandtone or desert tan. Top sections can be solid or take a range of windows, including wrought iron and arched styles, and there are double-door tops for wide garages. Spade handles and step plates are included, and you can add spade strap hinges, escutcheon plates or twisted “L” handles.

It depends on how you use the garage. Insulated Grand Harbor doors reach R-6.3, which helps take the chill off in winter. For a detached garage used only for parking, the non-insulated door may be enough. We’ll talk it through with you.
Both are carriage house doors with composite overlays on steel. Grand Harbor is the budget option, with a single optional insulation (R-6.3) and four colors. Coachman offers more designs, two-tone colors and Intellicore foam up to R-18.4.
Very little. The overlay is composite and the steel is coated to resist rust. Rinse off road salt after winter storms, check the bottom weather seal each year and keep the tracks clear. The bottom seal can be replaced if it wears out.
