The bottom seal or the side and top weatherstripping is worn or the door isn’t sitting flat on the floor. A new seal usually fixes it.
Usually a worn or flattened bottom seal. It can also be an uneven floor, or an opener set to stop before the door reaches the ground. We check all three.
Snowmelt and slush collect under the door and freeze overnight. Keep the door line clear of snow. A seal that stays flexible in the cold also helps.
