Sales Technician
You visit homeowners, look over their garage door and opener, explain the options in plain words and give them a clear price. You also do service calls and repairs.
What you'll do
- Visit homes and inspect garage doors, springs, cables and openers
- Explain repair and replacement options and give customers a clear price before any work starts
- Help customers choose new doors and openers that fit their home and budget
- Do service calls and repairs, including springs, cables, rollers and openers
- Keep the job notes, photos and paperwork up to date for the office
What we're looking for
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Able to lift heavy door parts and work on ladders
- Reliable and on time
- Good with customers: friendly, honest and clear
- Garage door experience is preferred, but we train the right person
