What Lodi Doors Need Most
- Springs that snap. On an older single door the springs usually run beside the tracks, and we swap both and thread a safety cable through each. A two-car door lifts on a torsion bar over the opening instead. Once either kind breaks, the door stays down. Details on our spring page.
- Cables chewed up by salt and puddles where the door meets the floor. More on cable fixes.
- A crooked door after a car mirror or a bin clipped the track in a narrow village garage. Read about off-track doors.
- An opener that clicks but won't lift. We work on Craftsman, Genie, Chamberlain and LiftMaster units, and we clean and aim the safety eyes. Learn about opener work.
