Clopay Reserve Wood Limited Edition is a set of eight carriage house designs built from real wood. They look like old swing-out doors, but they lift overhead like a standard garage door. Inside is a hemlock frame filled with polystyrene and backed by a luan panel.

Design Options
Pick one of the eight base designs first, then add a top section with windows or keep it solid. Glass choices include seeded, frosted, obscure, Delta Frost and frosted gluechip. Stain colors go from light Natural and Butternut to Mahogany, Dark Oak and Ebony Wash, or you can go with white paint or a Color Blast shade.
Hardware finishes the look. Spade lift handles come included, with spear, colonial and decorative handles, strap hinges, step plates and a ring door knocker as extras. We’ll help you pair them at the estimate.
